Butterfly Lodge Museum, is a non-profit charitable corporation. Tax deductible donations are accepted and utilized for programming, maintenance, and restoration of the museum.

To foster creative potential in the cultural and performing arts;
To organize and conduct activities and events designed to promote and advance public awareness and appreciation for the cultural arts, humanities, and environment;
To encourage the community sense of historical identity, stability, and orientation through education;
To analyze the elements and strategies of change;
To facilitate economic growth as a cultural heritage tourism destination in the region.
