A new addition to downtown Tucson, Let’s Sweat is making waves in the local fitness community. Classes at Let’s Sweat are comprised of approximately 30 minutes of cycling and 30 minutes of strength training. They change every day, so you get a new, unique workout each session and are never bored.
Off the Grid Fitness is the premier eco-friendly gym in Arizona, caring not only about the residents of Scottsdale, but the environment, too. At Off the Grid’s power cycling classes, you can expect to burn more than 400 calories per class, get a killer cardio workout, and tone not one, but eight different muscular groups. In addition to spin classes, OTG also offers HIIT training, full suspension training, personal training, and boot camp, and DIY options.
In Chandler, Flo Yoga and Cycle combines yoga, cycling, and fusion classes for when you want the best of both worlds. Sweatshop on Central offers the triple threat: yoga, barre, and spin—each of which promises a great workout and an even better experience. Class durations range depending on the type of workout, with yoga being 65 minutes, barre clocking in at an hour, and spin classes pushing 45 minutes. New to the grind? No problem, Sweatshop on Central offers discounts for new riders, and you can rent whatever gear you don’t have.
