Premises Park is a nonprofit indoor park established to fill Southern Arizona's need for BMX and Skateboard riders that is safe, fun, and drug free. Premises Park is the premises dedicated to riders that is a safe environment for all ages. This Premises is an alternative to riding areas like streets and public places where there is possible damage to property or injury/loss of life. Too many bike riders and skateboarders have been killed in the city limits of Tucson while riding in the streets.
